healthy snack for children: celery with peanut butter and raisins

It may seem an odd combination, but this tasty snack is a traditional “snack” in the United States. Although adults can also enjoy this attractive snack, appearance and ingredients called their attention to children. It is also popular with parents since their preparation is quick and convenient.

All ingredients can be adjusted according to your tastes. Some people love to jam the celery with peanut butter, while others prefer to put little. If you do not like raisins, you can substitute another fruit (fresh or dried) as strawberry, blueberry, banana, apple or grapes. We should simply cut the fruit into small pieces to fit on celery. Same for very fussy children, you can eat without raisins or no fruit, only celery with peanut butter.
