Mayan coffee with chili and chocolate

This coffee is a delicious variation of hot chocolate originally prepared by the Mayans and Aztecs. Traditionally it was taken without milk or sugar, but human creativity through the centuries has presented us with options for all tastes. Ingredients; one horse your favorite espresso, 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder, or 25 grams of dark chocolate, 1/3 of a seeded ancho chile, or 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder (can be adjusted according to your sensitivity to spicy) 1/2 cup hot milk

Optional; 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, sugar to taste (variation: try it with brown sugar)

Simply mix the ingredients and enjoy your exotic coffee!

If you prefer, you can prepare coffee pot instead of espresso, in this case mix all dry ingredients and add them to the water at the same time (the amounts are for a cup of coffee).

The same ingredients can be used to prepare a chocolate ice cream, coffee and cayenne.
